The Rig floor commissioning and training team

Driller's School has been open since 2001 during the course of that time classes have been run in several different countries ranging from 60 days full crew training when taking over a new build too 3 day introduction and familiarization classes that have helped office and non drilling related people to understand the ways of the industry

The school is some what unique in the fact that it deals with modern day rigs and much of the latest computerize equipment now being installed and is run by an instructor that has spent over 38 years running rigs and drilling before changing direction and putting his experience and knowledge in writing

Most of the classes now being run are made up of photos and information from commissioning new builds and are often run to help the commissioning teams and crews taking over the rigs to understand the new equipment  and new system while at the same time compeering the system to the systems of the past
